Social Lube —  a bold brewery lubricating social encounters with a sense of humor.

Inspired by the playful nature of the brand, we created an identity that felt eye catching and full of personality. Choosing Arial Narrow and New Times Roman for their default feel and dryness — a universally recognized serif and sans — that act as a blank canvas to take and re-work as our own, unconventional, ownable family by really stretching them (quite literally) to their limits.

The Illustrations work as the main star of the show, with an imagery many (quite unfortunately) can relate to. The layout works just as well on cans as it does on bottles, so that anyone can get their lube in their preferred container.

Bringing retro vibes to the feed — the social posts combine bold 70s-inspired visuals, cheeky copy, and playful illustrations to capture attention and spark connection.
